On November 17th RVA Pulse and partners will host an evening of unique dining, featuring an original menu prepared by nationally-recognized Chef Joe Sparatta and his crew from Heritage and Southbound restaurants.
Culinary Hearts will be a one-of-a-kind event for the under 40 population of Richmond to experience a new, thoughtful approach to premium dining, discover new ideas for incorporating healthier habits into daily life and learn more about the American Heart Association’s mission in Richmond.
Join us for live music, a cooking demonstration, heart-healthier fine dining, unique approaches to drinks and real-world information about how good lifestyle choices can lead to longer, healthier lives. All set in the modern kitchen of Steward School’s Bryan Innovation Lab.
Originally from New Jersey, since moving to Virginia & opening Heritage he has garnered numerous awards including the Elby award for Chef of the Year in 2018.
Joe has since opened Southbound. A seasonally driven, upscale casual eatery recognized as one of "America's Best New Restaurants 2015". Most recently Southbound won the 2016 "Best New Restaurant" Elby award.
